⭐ 1-Star Review I had a terrible experience with this business. I called ahead and confirmed they had a transmission for a 2019 Toyota Camry. After they assured me it was available, I drove over 500 miles to pick it up. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have it—no explanation, no apology. Since then, they’ve completely ignored my calls and messages. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful of my time, and dishonest. I would never recommend doing business with people who waste customers’ time and can’t even pick up the phone afterward.

Until now I'm still waiting for your call. I bought a transmission for a 2020 Toyota Corolla July 21, they never told me it was remanufactured. My mechanic installed it. and it doesn't work. I called him the same day and now I have no answer. I need my car for work. How long am I going to wait?

He fools everybody everyday. He tells them that he will call them back and he never does. And he sells you parts what I used or a rebuilt and he says it's just brand new then the salesman says wait till Effie comes back. I will discuss it with him and will take care of you. Then he gets back to me. Go to my rebuilder in Brooklyn. He will rebuild you the transmission again Not only does not take care of it,,. Came out of a new vehicle with 15,000 mi. Stay away. Stay away, stay away his parts has basically junk
