I bought an engine from them, and it was completely crap. It was knocking really bad and leaking oil around the exhaust manifold. So I traded it in with another engine from them, and cylinder four had no compression on the new one. Do not buy from butler recycling, they sell absolute crap. they offered to refund me for the engine, but wouldn’t do anything about labor. I paid about $2500 on labor to take out and put in new engines since there were two.

horrible service, customer service sucks and they are a scam. both engines they sent didn’t work leaving me with a “non-refundable” 2500$ labor bill that they won’t help with even though they gave me bad engines 2 times… also lied about engine mileage according to my mechanic.
