Well, I was helping a friend who's vehicle was impounded. I called on Sunday and the individual helped me understand that I couldn't pick up the vehicle until Monday when the main office was open. On Monday Whitlows helped my retrieve the paperwork in the car then when I got back with the releases and paid the reasonable fee, cash, (they kindly explained why cash and I could fully understand the benefit of going cash) they carefully brought the vehicle to me. The yard crew mentioned their appreciation of the fuel saving device attached to the car. PS: nothing was missing and no scratches. Thank you Joe's Garage and Whitloes Towing.
