I was stuck in the unfortunate circumstance of recovering my vehicle that had been stolen and abandoned in a parking lot. I wasnt sure what to expect at first, but I am so happy J's Southland Tow Service was able to get to my location promptly and made a smooth delivery for my poor car. Our driver, I believe his name is Jason, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and got the service done swiftly. I would highly recommend Southland to anyone else needing a quality tow service.

Jason helped me with a specialty tow that other companies refused to help me with. Did an excellent job and was extremely safe with my special vehicle and also waited with me for about 15 minutes while I coordinated the drop with no problem which was very nice. Affordable for the situation I was in and handled it with utmost care along with patience and understanding as I had to change my drop last minute. 10/10 will be my go-to for all my further KC towing needs! Ask for Jason he was an expert and knew all the tricks.

Review: My experience with the owner of J’s Southland Tow was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When you run a business that people rely on—especially in stressful situations like needing a tow—you would expect at least a basic level of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The owner’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Instead of communicating clearly and respectfully, the interaction felt hostile and unhelpful. When customers are already dealing with vehicle issues, the last thing they need is to be treated like they are an inconvenience. Professional businesses understand that reputation is built on how customers are treated. Based on my experience, the owner of J’s Southland Tow seems to have forgotten that. I strongly recommend that the owner take a serious look at how customers are spoken to and treated, because the level of professionalism displayed was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service. And yes I spoke with a tone tha should not have. But my daughter‘s car was stolen and we pushed it out of the lot and I got stuck on the slight incline not being able to push it any farther so I had to walk 20 feet to go get a vehicle to Drag it the rest the way up the hill and the owner was not happy that it was blocking his driveway for a three minutes He wanted to run his mouth about moving it out of the way, but had no ability to offer to help push mind you it was the theft recovery. Do better Jay do better.
