Hands down the nicest employees I've ever met in my life! Chasity was A LIFE SAVER, and I mean that literally. She seen that I was in need today( after having a melt down in front of her) and helped me more than just finding parts for me. There aren't enough ppl in the world like this. My car would probably still be broke down in front of her store if she didn't go ABOVE AND BEYOND what her job entails to help me. i cannot even begin to tell her how much I appreciated her today. O'Reilly's you should really consider giving her a raise or a promotion!

Not a great experience. Today 4/23/2024 I went in to the location because I had a check engine light on. They let me use the scan tool to read the code. I confirmed what I thought was the issue and was looking to buy a new battery. I asked the older gentleman behind the counter if he could help me find the location of the battery and his response was “Google it” in a rude tone. I believe his shirt said Assistant Manager but I am not 100% certain. So, what did I do, I went to a different parts store and bought a battery and they showed me where it was in the van. So my response is this. I did google it, I googled a different parts company that actually provides customer service!
