During my recent solo road trip, my exhaust pipe disengaged itself and started dragging on the highway. I alerted my husband, who was at home, a few states away. He used our insurance app to contact roadside help. (Between the two of us, he’s the techie - and the one who thinks logically, while I tend to think of more creative ways to solve problems. This isn’t always practical, of course, so my husband was the winner of this issue - and I’m totally fine with that!) A gentleman arrived shortly, and told me my options. I chose one, and he repaired my Jeep accordingly, which meant I was able to get back on the road. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. I was very happy with the experience.
