They were a referral from Firestone Complete when my car broke down due to a misfire. They towed my car twice on different occasions within 4 days. The first time went without a problem and they were quick and price was reasonable. The second tow due to another misfire was absolutely horrible! The employee who towed my car was not trained properly and hooked it to my tire rod which got bent and messed up my alignment. Then it took us literally fighting with them to get them to take responsibility. We thought it was strange when the guy who towed the vehicle called to tell us that we not only had a flat tire, but our bumper was all cracked and broken, which we knew wasn't the case when the car was picked up. There was a crack in the bumper and a little hole before the car was picked up. And after we picked up our vehicle the whole bumper was cracked and was missing several pieces to it, but because my boyfriend made the mistake of saying the damage was already there and not looking at the pictures sent ... they took no responsibility. John the owner did (after a lot of back and forth) cover the cost to fix the tire rod and alignment, but still charged us the full price for the tow. In reality I dont know if I would recommend this company because the experience we had and how long it took to get the accountability squared away was awful. I didnt want to give a one because the first tow was satisfactory, but I couldn't give more than a two because overall our customer experience was lacking and had the employee been trained properly this could have been 100% avoided.

I have been a customer before but last night Towne Towing was an absolute life saver. Their 24 hour service, affordable, promptness, and their tow drivers have always been professional and super kind. My family and I are eternally grateful for the phenomenal service we retrieved. Today I planned on having my vintage 1987 Cadillac Eldorado with only 41000 miles and rarer than rare purple paint with purple interior with a white carriage top towed to a repair shop. All I told Towne towing was “I GOT A CAR TO PICK UP AND BRING TO A SHOP” from beginning to end my wife and I felt like this company treated my car like it was a rare 1964 Rolls Royce! The amount of care, the friendliest attitude and the amazing amount of professionalism and knowledge blew us away. Best part it was all done with a smile. My shop will NEVER use anyone other than Towne towing. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Thank you Towne towing for making a move of a rare car very easy!!!
