I really can’t say enough good things about my experience with JR collision. I had accidentally backed into somebody in a parking lot, which totally took out my back bumper, sonar system, and the ability to get the liftgate down all the way. Not only did they do repairs that made everything “factory new,” in my case, they also detailed the interior. I felt like I just bought a new truck and drove it off a dealership lot rather than a collision/repair lot when I left yesterday. Fantastic experience and can’t recommend highly enough!

Brought my car in because my power seat was stuck and a different garage who looked at it recommended J&R. Jim got the seat out, assessed the situation and found a replacement seat that was very rare given the trim/options on the car. He sent the seat to a trim shop to swap the seat back upholstery since the original seat had an embroidered logo and the replacement seat didn’t. Everything functions and looks great. I appreciate that Jim came in well below his estimate and was honest and transparent through the whole repair process. Would definitely trust J&R with future repairs.
