My ignition was locked up on my car and I could not get it started. The car is old so I figured the ignition was worn out. I called my insurance company and they sent out Collision Tow to take it to the dealership. When Brian arrived, I had got it to start but he took the time to get in my car and show me why the ignition wasn't turning. The steering wheel was locked and I had not ever had that happen to me before. Brian showed me three times to assure me the car was fine and would start! A lot of towing companies would have just hooked the car up and been on there way! A shout out to BRIAN who took the time to help me and saved me lots of money! Thanks Collision Tow and Recovery!

Brian and his partner was able to quickly get my EV towed back to Jeep and went above and beyond by wrapping the windows. My Wagoner was having an electrical issue and the windows wouldn't roll up, they wrapped the windows in case it rained. Thank you!
