My first experience with them when initially getting my battery installed was actually fine. My second experience getting my replacement battery that was under warranty was subpar. When I called initially about getting my replacement battery I was given a quote of $80 which was confusing to me as any item purchased under warranty are to be changed out free of charge (no mention of any upcharges in my initial receipt). I was told the upcharge was because of the cold weather which still seemed unwarranted but I did not fight it as I just wanted to get my battery switched out and have my car working again. When I called back later during the week it took forever for someone to respond and when someone did they tried to charge me $100 which I did contest and they kept it at the $80 initially quoted. We set a date and time for a technician to come and when the appointment time arrives, not only does no one show up to replace the battery, but no one is answering the the phone at the business and no one reached out to warn of any type of absence/delay/ rescheduling. I finally get ahold of one of the business owners and we yet again set another time for the technician to come. When he finally arrives, he again tries to charge me another $20 and says it's for another "warranty" on the replacement battery. I decline as I truly no longer wish to patronize the business after this ordeal. And to top it all off, I repeatedly asked to have a receipt emailed to me like I had when my first service was done in 2024, was told one would be sent to me by the technician and owner, and weeks later have still yet to receive anything from them.

I know God is on my side because I was truly blessed with Judge Batteries today. I had my plans set to finish all my shopping for my mom's birthday, but when I cranked the car up, the battery was dead. I called the Insurance towing and the wait time was 2 hours, plus next day service at the repair shop. I didn't have that much time to prep for the long awaited event. I came across Judge Batteries in my Google search. I called to inquire and in 30 minutes I had a new battery and back up and running. The service was unbelievably fast, professional, and affordable, and I didn't have to get towed. I canceled my tow and thanked the repair person Jimmy who had a wonderful personality and repair skill. I would recommend Judges anytime. Im grateful

I don't understand how $60 labor service will have $10 tax? This is very unrealistic charge and there is no receipt provided for the service. The battery is temporarily loaned and returned back. The service that I got instantly is good, but pricing is not appropriate.
