I was charged over $2,000 for a tow. They destroyed my driver's side window and had the brake chamber hanging off the hinges. I called and informed them about the damage, and they told me to just write a complaint form. I reported this business for theft and made a police report for the damages caused by their driver. They say the manager, Harry, is not in and just spin you in circles. It’s a very sad place if you don’t have money to spend to retrieve your things.

I am writing this to warn the community about John’s main auto body. After my car was towed following an accident, this company refused to let me retrieve my high blood pressure medication and my legal documents simply because I couldn't pay the towing fee immediately. Despite explaining that my life was at risk and begging for my medicine for over two hours, the front desk staff was incredibly cruel. They laughed at my situation and mocked me over the phone, calling me "childish" for needing my prescriptions. Their illegal actions caused me to have a medical crisis that night. Please, do not do business with these people. They showed zero humanity and put my life in danger over a bill. A company that prioritizes money over a person's survival is Dangerous

It started off bumpy with an inexperienced and RUDE representative (someone needs 101 customer service training), however Jessica was absolutely AMAZING and thorough! The shop was able to make miracles happen and get our car to our preferred auto body shop safely! Jessica thank you for everything! We will definitely recommend!
