There is nothing worse as an Owner Operator truck driver than having to call a wrecker. Predatory pricing, BS added charges and flat rates even if they can't do the job. M&M was recommended to me. I called them and told them my problem. I explained my problem to them and asked for a price. They gave me a price per hour. I waited for the "extra charge." There wasn't one. The nice lady on the phone said they could be there in an hour or so. Driver was there in 1/2 hour. He worked extremely fast, was extremely nice and did a great job. When he charged me, he charged for 1.5 hours. I was shocked because most wrecker companies will round up that 1/2 hour. They did not!! If you are unfortunate enough to need a wrecker in Joplin, MO you can rest assured that M&M will treat you right. I can't say enough about this company!! Thank you M&M!!

Great company, office lady is super nice over the phone. Allan came and towed my semi from north of coffeyville, KS to MHC Kenworth in Joplin. He is super nice and personable and makes an owner ops worst day not seem so bad. Will definitely be using this company if I ever need towed again

I was having an issues with electrical wiring which was smoldering under the dash in a company van. Had to be towed back to the yard. Fast and friendly service, I would recommend this wrecker highly.
