I can not recommend Christian Brothers Automotive enough! I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the team of Hector(General Mgr) and Alex(Service Advisor) were incredibly honest and professional. They walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed with my oil pan, provided a fair quote upfront, and got my car back to me on the same day. Since the repair would take some time , they provided me with a loaner car. This enabledme to take care of important tasks i had to complete that day. It is so refreshing to find a mechanic i can actually trust. I have interacted with Hector for many years and trust him completely with the service on my cars. He always takes the time to explain the pros and cons of what my car needs. I'm happy that my car is running perfectly. I highly recommend the Christian Brothers Automotive facility at Johns Creek. Jobs always well done, thank you!

5 Stars! I am beyond impressed with Christian Brothers! The standout for me was their educational segment on car basics. They actually take the time to teach you the fundamentals of your vehicle so you feel empowered, not just out of the loop. They are incredibly trustworthy and never pushy. Before suggesting repairs, they actually asked about my goals, how I use the car, and how long I plan to keep it. So they could help me think through what was actually worth fixing and what wasn't. It’s so refreshing to have a shop act as a consultant rather than a salesperson. Highly recommend! Hector, Tom, and Jason were so knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. Jason is the mechanical guru of all gurus. If I ever had to go to trivia for mechanical questions, I would want him on my team, as that man knows his facts about cars! Super impressed!

After going to multiple shops and mechanics which took months just to try to find the issue, another stating they fixed it but still was not working, and others just brushed us off. Christian Brothers were the only one's that fix our vehicle in a timely manner and re-did what the other mechanic said he fixed. Christian Brothers all showed exceptional customer service.
