My daughter Brittany got in a car accident tonight during the recent snowstorm. She was taken to the hospital and used her triple AAA to get a tow. Feist Towing Company called and reassured her that they would be able to tow her Car. They called back to see if her keys are with the car or her, and what kind of damage might’ve been done to the car. The car was drivable, but the airbags had went off. He said that he would call her back. He had to talk to his supervisor. He NEVER Call back and communicated with her. Next thing you know, she received a text telling her that her tow was complete. She attempted to call him and he did not answer on the number he had called her on. She never received the actual tow. It was extremely rude to be in that desperate kind of situation and have someone who could not commit and lies about communicating and then just takes actions regarding your tow without any communication to the person being towed. What a horrible situation to be in and what horrible treatment. I do want to make it clear that sometimes things don’t work out, but if you don’t not communicate, and follow through on actions told someone that is no ok!

Ben and Katie from Feist Automotive were both very friendly professional, experienced and efficient. Within minutes of my call to AAA Roadside Assistance we received a communication from them letting us know they were on their way to where we were.and kept us informed until they got to our location. We had to have our vehicle and travel trailer moved and they came prepared with tow trucks to take care of both. They both made it an easy and seamless process and we were so thankful that Feist Automotive was the Towing company that came out to take care of us. They did an excellent job! Thank you Ben and Katie!

Apparently “calling a friend” is a better option than this company.<br><br>I returned to my car after a trip to find a dead battery and needed a jump. I contacted AAA, notified them of the issue and they sent Feist towing. Tony finally arrived at 1 am and attempted to jump my vehicles with dead/broken jump starter. He stated his previous call also needed a jump and he needed to charge the machine, to which my car still didn’t start after. He stated it might be my battery and he could tow me home, but he would first need to drop off the car he brought with him then come back to get me. I told him I had just had the battery test fine, live 45 minutes away, and I didn’t order a tow, but a jump. I asked what else we could do. He asked if I had jumper cables (which of course I didn’t with me or I wouldn’t have called AAA), and said he didn’t have any either, and stated “You’re better off calling a friend to bring jumper cables”. I told him it was my understanding that that’s why I pay for AAA which he was working on behalf of. He told me “I don’t know what to tell you, my equipment isn’t working. I can tow you”. I again asked for another option, he said he could call AAA and see if someone else was available. He went to his truck and then left without notifying me if he called or if anyone was coming to replace him. The number I received a text notification from doesn’t take incoming calls so I had to contact AAA again. Thankfully I found a security officer that had a jump starter and my car started right up and I was able to get home safely. What a horrible experience.
