Poor Inventory control! Do not do business with!!! I bought what was suppose to be a 2014 ford focus transmission. Paid to remove and replace on my vehicle. Car computer did not like. I started investigating. Sticker on the transmission they gave me came to be a 2015! Now I have to confirm if compatible if software needed update but ford dealership was a week out to look at so that required me to get a rental car. Week later ford confirmed NOT compatible needs the proper transmission. 2012-2014 / 2015-2018. So yes I had to pull out and do all over again! I asked for a 2014 transmission, internet advertised they had a 2014 and receipt said they gave me a 2014 WHICH WAS WRONG! These people cost me triple what it should have cost! Labor twice, another transmission, diagnostic from ford, rental car. UPDATE.. as you can see the response from the owner. I called back to see what they felt was appropriate remediation. I was offered $150 store credit. IT COST ME THOUSANDS for their incompetence with inventory control. What should have been the cost of a used transmission and labor ended up costing me $7K
