I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ve been waiting on my car to get towed after getting stuck on an icy Rd. I first contacted my insurance company and the towing service they used didn’t want to touch the car till the ice thawed, that would likely be a couple days or more with the cold. I called and spoke with this company and the dispatch lady was very friendly and got the tow truck driver out immediately. From start to finish it took maybe 30-40 Mins. From the call to getting my car towed to my driveway. This company ended up having to use cables which makes the job more difficult on an icy surface and they were awesome. The price was responsible too.

The best customer service ever! The owner and employees are so kind and compassionate, from trying to help me get things out of my car before it was taken to coming after hours to let me get my car and even helping me with my new plates because the screws were so rusted I couldn't get the old one off! They were so kind and made a hard couple of days so much easier for me! Thank you everyone at Thompson Wrecker Service!

The driver of this town truck opened his door and the smell of weed smoke bellows out. It's not the first time I've had contact with this tow truck smelling like that. It's irresponsible as hell. Apparently this same guy is driving a new tow truck but still has the same bad habit of smoking weed while driving a row truck with a customer's car on the back of it. DOT#1839913. This is the 5th time I've smelled weed coming from that truck when he opened his door. Thompsons wrecker service is either aware of this and they are allowing it or they are completely oblivious and irresponsible. There's no way that the owners are not aware of this. Shame on you Thompsons wrecker service.
