I have had previous good experiences here but on hold for 17 mins is rough for any customer when it's a "I'll be right back". Not correctly communicated timelines on an A/C repair is killer going into the hotter months. I'll just have to figure something else out in the future.

Earlier this year I had a problem where my a/c, it was not blowing cool air. I took it here to have it inspected and they basically told me I was going to have to replace my whole a/c unit. They obviously didn’t know that I knew a little something about the air conditioning of my car and they sought out and I guess they thought I was dumb and tried to get me to pay $3500 to replace my whole a/c unit. I did not take their word for it and had my mechanic look over it and my mechanic let me know that only reason my car was not blowing cool air was because of misplaced cord in my car which if unconnected like mines then it will not blow out cold air. I’m leaving this review because I don’t want anyone to get scammed by this place if they’re having a/c problems, because if they inspect it, then they will not tell you what’s truly wrong with your a/c unit and will try your break pockets!
