I want to say thank you to Beckita (sp?)!<br>I made a large purchase a couple of days ago for delivery, and though all the way through selecting all the items, the site kept saying it would be delivered, "tomorrow," when it came time to finalize the order and pay, the site suddenly changed the delivery date for one day later. It was crucial that we received the delivery in the morning that was originally signaled, but we had to put in the order regardless, whether it was going to be delivered a day late or not.<br>So once the order was placed, I called the Holland Tunnel Home Depot to see of there was any way that my order could be expedited to the original expected day, which would now be on the same day I called, even though I understood that the delivery was posted for the following day. I explained to Beckita the importance of receiving the order on this day, as it was what the site originally signaled it would be. I understood that they didn't have to honor that, since in the end, we did place the order knowing it would likely be delivered a day later than we wanted and and expected. Beckita explained that for large orders, with larger items, they use a third-party carrier, and it would be unlikely that we'd be able to receive the order before the agreed date. However, she got a couple of her team members to deliver the whole order on the same day, which they really didn't have to do, and SAVED the day. Major props to Beckita and her team. They really saved the day, and went out of their way to accommodate us, even when she could have easily just brushed it off and not helped. Thank you very much, Beckita!!!

Completed an order for a Milwaukee tool kit. I was super excited for the Black Friday deal that I decided to open a Credit Card with Home Depot for this specific item. Then I get a phone call from the store that they can’t find the item, that another store has to deliver it. Ok. Then proceeds to tell me that he can’t do anything about it because it’s sold out everywhere…… but like I said I only opened a CC with them for this item. Then the homedepot employee continue to tell me that there isn’t anything he can do to “Go buy something else”. I clearly wanted this item, not something else. The 1-800 number helped me out, this store needs to do better with customer service.
