I will give them a 5 star review. I had roadside assistance through the Plaza Tire service plan for tires that was offered. I called their number and they sent Hamricks Towing to help! We were not charged for anything! It was a very scary situation! I was stuck with a flat on I-69 North by Mile Marker 11! The driver came and put the donut or spare tire on and with my van it was not an easy job! The driver was very professional and even told me how to drive safely on the spare tire! The spare was even low on air and the driver even aired that up to make sure I was safe. Because of his help, we were able to drive safely to our dealership in Jasper and get my van fixed! Only downside was it took an hour to get to us for the call, but I would definitely recommend them for their care, their staff and the professionalism, especially in an emergency situation. Having the roadside assistance certainly helped. I wish more companies would be like them and care about people. Thank you to the driver who was amazing and helped me today 11/22/25!

Was looking for the cheapest as my vehicle was going to be a huge expense to fix as it was. Hamrick's was the most affordable out of every place I called. Not only that their customer service was amazing which goes a long way with me. My car is safely at the shop now, thanks Hamrick's. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed!
