They all have a nasty mouth especially the lady at the front with the short hair processing the payments.God will get them for the injustices of their actions. I was trying to get my car and an old man with long beard literally snatched me out of the car and was disrespectful when he saw I was recording everything he switched up his attitude and was trying to be nice but he had already disrespected a lady. They all will get what they deserve with god. Do not hire this company they don’t have values or manners .

I have a friend a ride to retrieve his repo'd truck from here. We were informed by the title loan company (that requested the repo) that they'd had issues with people's personal belongings come up missing from vehicles while at d-n-d. Everything in our vehicle was accounted for, however. It was a pretty quick and easy transaction. I will say, they only accept cash. But considering the circumstances, it was a positive experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is terrible just because you work for a towing company doesn't mean your attitude should be shown through the phone. Everybody should be treated with respect and kindness just like you would want to be treated not with an attitude or getting hung up in the face. HATE AND DREAD CALLING THEM FOR ANYTHING.
