Recently, I needed towing service for my car. It was a complicated situation. The electrical components were not working. I have an all wheel drive vehicle and I had applied the emergency brake before my car got it's hiccup. Brian, the tow truck driver, was very nice and pleasant. He assured me he wasn't going to damage my transmission. That assurance and communication settled my nervousness about my car. You should use them for all your vehicle needs.
