I recently stopped by to schedule my truck for a PM service. The staff was so accommodating and worked around my busy schedule. I dropped the truck off the day before and by 9am the next day, I received a call the truck was done. I have also had DOT inspections performed by them as well. They are a service that is dependable, friendly mechanics, great staff, well priced, and accommodating to their clients. I trust them with all my truck repair needs, thank you to ALL the Advanced Maintenance staff.

This business has a bad rating and I understand why. They were contracted through Penske to help with one of my drivers running out of fuel. Their driver's total time of 2 hours plus the $87 in fuel resulted in an over $600 bill. They charge over $500 labor fee to drive to and from my driver. When I called to request help with this invoice, I spoke to Ashely who was very helpful and said she would speak to the owners about a discount. I called back for an update and Greg completely shut me down. Said our prices are our prices. I asked to speak to the owner and he stated again that the price was not going to change. He was not helpful at all. Other reviews indicate this company is money hungry and after my experience, I agree with that. Buyer beware!!!!

Please do not use this company. They are not useful at all. The dispatch said his mechanic was 25 minutes away from my truck. In the end the mechanic took 2 horas to get where my driver was. I got a issue with my air brake system the guy who arrive just take a look and said “ you guys try to change a valve so now I can’t do anything just take the truck to the dealer”. They ended up charging me 523$ for nothing he just do nothing and charge 2 hours for driving to the place where my truck was. They the lady said they were 25 minutes aways. This is just ridiculous. Stay away from this company. You guys are thieves.
