During my experience at the Florida Tow Show, I had an interaction with a salesperson from Twin City Wrecker Sales that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. While discussing a potential truck purchase, the salesperson made a personal comment toward me stating, “since you have one on the way, you’ll have lots of room for car seats.” This comment was unsolicited, unrelated to the conversation, and directed at me personally. In my view, comments like this are not appropriate in a professional setting and reflect poorly on the level of professionalism shown during the interaction. I expect business conversations to remain respectful and focused on the transaction.

I met Troy at the Florida Tow show, why I was there looking to purchase a JERR dan MPL40 for my company. By the time I was done the conversation with him I knew I wanted to do business with him. I just wasn’t sure if I wanted of renegade, went out of his way to give me information, even as far as putting me in ‘contact’ with other companies that operate renegades 408,to give me their opinion on The unit ,before I make such a crucial decision on which truck to purchase. I’ve been with Jarrdan my entire 20 years in business very nervous to switch .. I can tell you I am very pleased not only with the equipment, But the support after the sale has been phenomenal!!! I have also recommended them to a few other guys for the same truck in the last six months and they are very pleased as well.. These are your guys, if you’re looking to have the bad‘s truck in your area built!!!which I do!!
