Mack’s Auto Repair & Tow Service absolutely saved the day for my family and me. After breaking down on the side of the road in rural Oklahoma with a Ram 1500 and a 23-foot travel trailer. They picked us up, delivered my trailer to an RV park, and delivered my truck to their shop in Fort Smith, Arkansas. From the very beginning, their professionalism and care stood out. Once in the shop, the team diagnosed the issue and discovered that my rear differential had completely failed. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also backed up their assessment with detailed photos and video so I understood exactly what went wrong. Their honesty and transparency were refreshing—especially in such a stressful situation. What impressed me most was their speed and dedication. Within 24 hours, they had sourced a new (used) rear axle, completed the install, and had me back on the road. Their entire staff was friendly, informative, and clearly committed to doing right by their customers. Breaking down on the road while traveling full-time could have been a nightmare, but Mack’s turned it into a manageable—and surprisingly positive—experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Finally found a mechanic! Richard was aweosme, he let me know all the problems with my car and I told him I was on a budget and just needed my car to get me to work and he was so honest and didn't try to scare me into fixing stuff that I didn't have money for like Midas they are horrible but Mack's Auot Repair will get ALL my business. Thank you Richard for getting me back on the road at a price I wouldn't have got anywhere else and tow prices are decent too. The staff was great, I called to have my vehicle towed in, and they sent out a tow truck in just a few minutes to my location. The driver was curtious and helpful and got my wife and I to their shop safely. They evaluated my vehicle, gave me a cost breakdown which was very fair, and a estimated time on when my vehicle would be completed. Once done, they called me back and I picked up the truck. It runs great and I'm completely satisfied with the service I received. I will recommend all of my friends and family to Macs.
