Warning: their warranty doesn't mean anything Went in to get an emergency engine repair after breaking down on the highway. Superior replaced the engine with a new one. After about three weeks the check engine light came on. We drove back to New Haven to have it checked at as their warranty lasts 90 days. They claimed the issue wasn't engine related and then proceeded to charge us an additional $140 just for looking at it. Turns out they did an absolutely terrible job of installing the engine and don't want to guarantee anything. The warranty is a complete scam. I don't recommend their services.

Had a slow leak in my tire had an appt at TFT got there and was told I had an hour and half wait, left and someone recommended Superior. Went there and Ruben took my car in immediately, fixed my tire in 15 minutes and charged less than TFT would’ve. 100% would use again and definitely recommend!

“I picked up my vehicle from this company and shortly after leaving, the front undercarriage splash shield detached and fell off while driving. It was scraping loudly and ultimately tore off completely. I did not observe this issue prior to impound. I am disappointed in the condition my vehicle was returned in. Attached is a photo of the damage. I encourage anyone retrieving their vehicle to inspect it thoroughly before leaving the lot.”
