Reading these reviews, I will admit, I was super nervous going to Kara’s. I was so happy with this visit, Cheryl was so helpful and understanding and made my time there smooth and easy. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that let me into the tow yard to retrieve my items from my car but he also was super nice and patient and helpful. I will say that not every experience is the same and maybe the negative reviewers should take a second to consider what they deal with on a daily basis and our problems aren’t theirs so we shouldn’t project our negative emotions on to them or their business because it’s not their fault nor problem. I, for one, had a great encounter with the staff. Thank you guys at Kara’s !

I called Karas motors because I was broken down on 84 and needed a tow back to to Poughkeepsie New York. Even though it was after hours they were able to get someone to me quickly! The tow operator was Joe and couldn't be nicer. I would recommend this company to anyone moving a vehicle or equipment short or long distances.

Great family. Makes u feel like a part of their family. I have recommended these beautiful people since they 1st met 2024. Sherill is very professional and a sweetheart. Just awesome family. Thank you Kara's towing for being such dedicated company.
