Worst experience ever we have an agreement that was sent in writing after verbally agreeing to the sale of my car. Was told that they would pickup, only to have my entire day sitting waiting with not so much as a sorry we need to reschedule. Then to keep sending me emails saying that my quote will end if I didn’t accept. Called them with no real concerns about me losing money by waiting for them to show up. This isn’t cool nor professional behavior. I understand that you have haulers and they have schedules but seems like there’s a lack of structure. Which is very inconvenient for us who were trying to do busy.

Hello there I am to tell you about my experience with Pull A Part New Orleans West i have been a Pull A Part customer for many years and the last few years I have seen this location go down hill i just visited the location Today 3/23 26 and tje parking lot looks like a city land field and I took it up to e-mail the management for we must keep the customers coming back but the looks of the place looks run down not knowing that i would get a flat tire there due to all the debris in the parking lot which management did call me back about my experience and concerns and and i didn't know that the food truck owns the rights and privilege to tell a customer to move their vehicle for them to park which this parking lot doesn't have designated parking for the customers but for one exception for the handicap permit parking so there's multiple issues at this location my suggestion is if you're going to go there it's better to park on Peter's Rd. Outside of the parking lot i came there to do business to help keep food on the table all the employees counts on your business to keep the doors open i spent around 70 bucks with Pull A Part and now I have to spend 200 plus dollars for a new tire just be careful in that parking lot i am bot visiting this place anymore

To whom this may concern; I went to Columbia, SC yard because it had on the site a Dodge Nitro,(hard to find at PullaPart)when I arrive from Fort Mill,SC (over 80 miles 1 way)Got my tools and walk all the way to the back of the yard,(most Fait/Chrysler are) it wasn’t on the yard. Went back to the main building and talk with the person in charge. Was told that once it’s been removed there’s nothing they can do. Even though it was in the scrap pile area. I went to the parking lot and email them about all the action. Was told I would hear back within 24 hours. After one week. I was never contact about my email about the inventory. It’s a shame Y’all didn’t have gust or dignity to get with me. I use to recommend PullaPart but not anymore. It’s evident customer satisfaction doesn’t matter
