Rude, unwelcoming, zero customer service. Employees work hardest at avoiding you upon arrival. No direction given at all, and then they get mad at you when you park in the wrong spot... which there is no parking outlined. Finally was told where to go and received zero help unloading. The only way to get help is to drive around and pull into the wrong area because now you have their attention. Employees are all more concerned about hiding inside where it's warm than actually helping a customer.

I took a boiler furnace & copper / aluminium to this place, asked 4 people including supervisor & followed their direction on where to go to drop the load off. I was paid $4.05 cents, they regarded it as tin - bailing material..... I was told after by the cashier "you better go back & get that".. My Mother's on disability, going through physical therapy for a broken hip, hope you're proud of yourselves.. here's a copy of what I got for 95% copper & 5% aluminium.. I'll never take anything to this place EVER again.

Dishonest about pricing, unreachable by phone. Filthy lot. Unsafe operators. I wouldn't bring more than a bag of aluminum cans back here, they'll rip you off for everything else.
