Everyone was extremely friendly, got paid more than I expected. Casey was very helpful the whole time from the moment I called to telling me where I needed to go to even helping me dump the item. Highly recommend. Best experience i e ever had with customer service at a dump site of any kind!

The Deaf Guy

This morning, I visited a local scrap yard to drop off metal parts from my Ford Escape. Upon arrival, a worker attempted to dismiss me—suggesting I discard the parts in a dumpster without compensation. As a deaf individual, I found this approach not only disrespectful but potentially discriminatory. I declined and informed him I would take my business elsewhere. If you or someone you know experiences similar treatment, I strongly recommend speaking directly with the office manager to ensure fair and ethical service.

Wow prices are not competitive. Everyone was nice and the process was simple but the places 10 miles away pay 4-5 times as much for the same exact materials. I feel like I just got robbed. A decade ago this was the best paying place around so I figured since I was in the area and had some scrap with me I'd drop it off here. Last time I ever make that mistake! I can't get back what I just lost but hopefully I can save someone else from losing out.
