Great experience. My first time needing a tow and everyone that I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. The tow truck showed up very quickly. I appreciated that the driver took the time to ask where we wanted the vehicle parked. That was beneficial for us considering we have a small semi circle drive and don't like to back out onto a busy road.

Our vehicle was hit from behind, resulting in the need to have it towed. The police said the tow would be quicker if they placed the call. Thus, Moore’s came to take it. The next morning we went to remove it from the tow yard to home. They only accept cash, exact amount. The invoice included a 2 day storage charge ($100) for 18 hours of storage. The base tow charge is nearly twice what another local tow company charges for the same service. At the time of “release” to us, we were required to pay an additional $45 Release Fee (cash only). Today, I called to ask for a receipt to submit to insurance and was told they did not charge a release fee. I cannot recommend this company and suggest looking elsewhere for service.

Moores towing was called for my insurance but will now be a go to company I call! Jesus was amazing and able to get me out of a seemingly impossible situation. The ice and hills were no joke and Jesus was able to get me out into safety! I can’t thank and recommend him enough!
