Horrible place. My boyfriends truck got towed and when we went go get it out the bill was $750 with unnecessary charges like the key not being in the vehicle, another charge for just environmental. Honestly worst place. The fact these people go to sleep happy that they overcharge customers. Hope they’re vehicle gets towed and same thing happens to them

Terrible customer service. Wife was involved in accident. Elkhart PD called towing. We informed them to take it to a repair shop. They took it to their facility. When I called and inquired why that occurred, I was told "not to get smart with me." People make mistakes, I get that. Getting shitty with the customer isn't a good look on your business. Do better.

Best experience I’ve had with any type of car service in my life. After working a 12 hour shift at Elkhart General and having my tire explode after hitting a pothole, with absolutely no way to get home or way to take care of my car at 8 PM, Howard’s was a godsend. Their dispatcher was so sweet and reassuring about cost and time. The driver got to me within ten minutes even with an ETA of 30 or more. I got a ride home along with my car back to Michigan and he was pleasantly good company, a very nice guy and handled my car with care. As a small woman stranded in Elkhart at dusk, I felt safe and in good hands, which I think is important to note. Wonderful company and impeccable service - will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.
