Today was an exceptional day for me. I celebrated my 35th birthday by purchasing a brand-new car that I meticulously built from scratch on the Toyota website. I shared my precise requirements and details, and both Taina and Leon (E-Commerce Director) assured me that my car would be secured from the build phase to the delivery phase. All I needed to do was add the Door Still Protectors and the Body side molding, which they both assured me and delivered. And let me tell you, I was on vacation with my wife, and all of this was accomplished through phone and email communication. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, and they delivered exactly that. Upon my arrival, Michael warmly welcomed me from the Uber. Throughout the process, Michael assisted me with all necessary paperwork, conducted a test drive with me, and meticulously set up the vehicle.
