Today i was stranded with my 11 month old daughter. Tow company was suppose to arrive by 12:26 when requested shortly at 11am. They kept pulling my chain.. “they will be there in 20 min” “oh the driver didn’t call you” At 2:47 I called and requested a new tow truck. From 11am-2:47 with my baby girl in the rain waiting for someone to get me. Jack rabbit towing was requested @ 2:50 and driver was there by 3:20. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had to take my truck to the dealership after being towed by Wilde Auto. When I got the truck back from Wilde, the dashboard was full of lights and warnings: 4 Hi and 4 Flashing, ABS light on, Traction Control on, and a Trailer Brake Controller Error. When I asked Wilde about all the new lights on the dash, I was told "they would reset after driving it". Spoiler, they did not. The dealer had to replace a rear wheel speed sensor harness after it was pulled and tugged on during a tow from Wilde. The cost to repair the truck was $721.24. The tow itself was $320. All the lights on the dashboard are off now, which is the same condition the truck was in just before Wilde towed it.
