I had one of the most stressful and unsafe experiences ever with this NTB. I bought four brand-new tires, and the very next morning one of the tires actually came off the rim while I was driving. Not just a flat — the tire came OFF the rim. That should never happen after professional installation. My car was completely undriveable. I had to miss work, and even though I had roadside assistance, the tow provider they sent required payment upfront, which I didn’t have. I ended up stranded because of a situation caused entirely by this shop’s mistake. The day before, they told me one TPMS sensor was broken and charged me $130 to replace it. Then the next day, after the tire came off, suddenly two more sensors were “messed up” and they replaced those for free. Their own notes show the TPMS kit was installed incorrectly with a double washer — their error caused the air leak, which caused the tire to come off the rim. They admitted it was a mistake on their end, yet the only compensation they offered me was a refund of the $130 sensor I paid for. Nothing for the stress, the time, the missed work, or being stranded with no way to tow my car. They just remounted the tire and called it a day. This wasn’t just inconvenient - it was dangerous. A brand-new tire should NOT fall off the rim within 12 hours. I trusted them with my vehicle, and I ended up dealing with the consequences of their poor workmanship. I’m sharing this so other people know what they might be getting into with this location

I came in on a Sunday afternoon with a nail in my tire, and they were still able to squeeze me into an already busy schedule. Unfortunately, the location of the nail meant the tire couldn’t be repaired, so I decided to go ahead and replace both rear tires. The service was excellent, and the communication throughout the process was clear and helpful. I really appreciated how accommodating and professional the team was. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. A year ago I went to get four new tires on all season and a alignment done. I dropped my truck off in the morning time, they told me it would take no more than 3hours. I call them in the evening time asking them if my truck is done yet. They then told me that they are about to start on my truck now. I asked how is the possible.! I dropped it off this morning when your first opened... they call back a few hours later-saying they are working on my truck now and they have to stay late to get it done. I then told them im headed up to the shop because it doesnt take over 7hours to do four tires even if other cars were ahead. I get there and sit in the parking lot watching them and saw my truck sitting there and the workers finally getting to my truck after watching them for another 15minutes. They call me again telling me that my truck is done. Remind you less than 40minutes when i saw them pull my truck into the shop from it being parked. I get out of my brothers car and go inside then ask the worker at the counter did they do all new tires and a alignment? They charged me and took my money no problem rushing me at the counter and saying yes we did. I said okay but are you sure you did a alignment? He then said yes we did we drove it out of the parking lot. I told him how so? Because I was watching you all the whole time and not once did it leave off of the lift.... I then called the supervisor explained everything how they also broke my tire sensor and made a cut into my rims where it left a sharp piece out on my rim.( explained i dont want my kids to get hurt) He said to go to the frederick one to get stuff fixed and he'd give me a $400.00 refund as well. I go to the frederick location. They dulled the rim some where it was sharp at but its still sharp and i do t appreciate my rim getting cut in the process either-they broke three of my tire sensors and never did an alignment! I been trying to get ahold of the supervisor yet again for this same issue for a year now and they do not respond back. I did not get a $400.00 refund either and now because of no alignment done now my tires are falling apart where there is metal showing on them and have had issues with my truck all year. I have to buy yet another 4 new all season tires because of this company not doing their job right. But I will definitely not take it here to get them done. I learned that lesson. Waste of money and time and im not risking my children's safety or myself either due to people not wanting to do a job yet want to get paid for it.
