Great experience with AAA and US top auto today. Old tire in the front of the car blew out on 495 and had to go to the shoulder to call AAA. Everything on the App was easy and I got a tow truck from US Top Auto in less than half an hour. Hector and Sal were great! Sal set up the car skillfully and safely (still in training Hector told me). And we all got on the tow truck on the way to the car shop. These two are not only great at their work but fun to be around too. Made this depressing and scary morning a bit more cheerful. I’ll probably upgrade my AAA membership because of the good experience. Stuff like this doesn’t happen often but when it does having some “insurance” makes all the difference in the world.

We had a very good experience yesterday with Chris and Troy. My wife’s car would not start and she called AAA and within the hour they came. Both Chris and Troy arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. After a few quick tests they were able to confirm it was definitely the Battery. The great thing was, we were able to buy the new battery on the spot, and within minutes the car was ready to drive. Thank you Chris and Troy for your excellent service

Excellent customer service, very professional. The driver communicated effectively throughout the process and informed me prior his arrival and drop-off. I would highly recommend TOP US Auto tow. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the Drivers name. In addition, the Dispatcher was just as pleasant and professional to work with through the process. He asked great clarifying questions.
