I’m not a guy who writes reviews, but after my experience at this staples I felt the need to leave a review.<br>Costumer service here is clearly not a priority. Extremely disappointing experience. Staff were completely unhelpful and showed ZERO interest in assisting costumers. Dismissive and unprofessional responses. Poorly managed location. Avoid at all cost

I recently visited Staples and had the pleasure of being assisted by Shea. I can't express how grateful I am for the level of customer service I received. Shea was incredibly sympathetic to my situation regarding my Mom's passing, showing genuine kindness and understanding during a difficult time.<br><br>Not only was she professional and efficient in addressing my needs, but she also made sure I felt supported throughout my visit. It's rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such heartfelt empathy. I left the store feeling uplifted and appreciated.<br><br>Thank you, Shea, for going above and beyond! You truly made a difference in my day.
