Over 5 hours, and 2 tow trucks later I finally made it to my tire place to get my tire fixed. 2nd truck (my hero) wasn't even a local truck. He was out of STL going through Columbia and came to my rescue. He came in a little rough ass basic tow truck... And ATR with their top notch trucks and equipment couldn't get it done. Guy tugged on a 4 way twice, stepped on it a little and said, I can't get it off. He requested dispatch send someone with an impact since somehow he didn't have one even though this is literally part of his job description. On speaker phone I hear dispatch.. and I quote. "No we're not sending another truck, she will have to have it towed. (Mind you I worked in the tow industry, I'm not your average woman you can scam.)... ATR attempted to charge me an unnecessary tow bill. Pathetic. Sent that jerk down the road. THEN This very kind, older gentleman in an old beat up tow truck from STL who just happened to be in the area took care of me. Thank you so much!! Never EVER use ATR.

Received great customer service with having my car towed to the local BMW dealership. Wes was the technician/driver and he was extremely professional, polite and friendly!

ATR is NOT honest. They towed my car to the wrong place and then refused to move it to the correct place at their expense. I had no idea my car was at the wrong place until a guy called me wondering why my car was there. My car is a Subaru and they towed it to Toyota instead of Machens Collision Center East. I have three witnesses that heard what I said to the dispatcher. When I realized what had occurred, I thought that perhaps we should take it to Subaru, but my car made it nowhere. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I'll approach the MO Attorney General's Office next. ATR will reply to this review and try to cover their backside. LOL.
