I brought in about $3,000 in bare bright and #1 copper, while checking out the nice lady was ready to write me a check for almost $9,000 dollars, I explained to her that they made a mistake and when adding my materials they forgot to deduct the existing bb copper in the pallet. They realized the mistake and thanked me over and over, then she made a phone call to, I think the owner and they gave me more money per pound on everything and said due to my honesty they would put me as a preferred customer and I would always receive higher rates, they even gave me a t-shirt and a couple of hats, she still owes me a hug though. I love this place, it’s always quick and I like to support local<br><br>businesses. The guys unloading always get me the best prices and the woman working the window is very polite. I will scrap metal here for life.

I drove to this place because my employer does a lot of business with them, to bring in some items that I purchased from a government auction. I had my receipt from the auction, pictures and my ID. These items were all cast aluminum and brass, which should have been a simple and pleasant experience, but was not. Instead, the female employee was extremely rude, unprofessional and treated me as if I stole all of these items without even looking at my documentation or the items themselves, claiming the owner has to see if their buyer even purchases aluminum. Based off my experience, I would recommend you think twice before doing business with this company, and my employer will definitely no longer conduct business with them.<br><br>The owner replied and that's a lie, I was told I'd have to come back Monday since I didn't previously email pictures, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website.<br><br>I can tell anyone who's looking for a great place to do business with that's a complete night and day difference from this business, look at my other reviews.

Horrible experience. I'll never go back. And I suggested others not to go there as well. I had two battery cabinets that had the sticker telling about hazardous explosion, but no batteries were in them. So they rejected my whole load of aluminum.
