I can’t recommend this place enough! The customer service is beyond exceptional, and they’re so streamlined. An accident usually comes with headaches, Joe and team flawlessly delivered on every measure. The response time was perfect. They dealt with my insurance company directly only needing me for approvals, they maintained contact on what was going on, they even gave me a courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on. I was in a pretty bad car accident back in January 2024 and not only did Barina automotive tow my car to their facility and aid me in getting my claims taken care of in a timely manner they also provided me with a quality rental. When I did finally get my hands on my “new” used car they were amazing enough to help my dream come true and paint it my favorite color!! Purple! I’ve always wanted a purple car and my recent brush with death made me realize I got to start checking off my bucket list. They made that happen for me and I couldn’t be more thrilled still with this car. It makes me smile every time I see it. It was a pleasure working with everyone there! Thank you so much!
