The workers are nice, but have been here over 2 hours to pick up a load going to Il. I had to wait for a personal vehicle to unload scrap in front of me before I could even get to the dock area to get loaded. Although they did get me loaded. My appointment time said until 1530. I did arrive at about 1520. Tight dock area but Nickey and the other guys were very helpful with guidance into the dock. Very friendly workers.

I dont visit many recycling & scrap centers but this place was really impressive. The employees helped me get the most for out scrap. Separated it piece by piece & were fair about everything they did. Very friendly & helpful. Nickey & Yhoan were the guys that helped us & I hope you get the pleasure of their professionalism. Vaughn is definitely the place to go. Very easy to get in & out of, right off 71b or South School in Fayetteville. Will be a customer for life with service like that. Thank you!

Everton, Nickey, Juan, and Christian are always helpful and friendly even if they have a rush and are busy. Very knowledgeable and keep the line moving. Denise is the office is always so sweet. Highly recommend using them for your scraping needs.
