During a summer road trip to Texas to visit family and friends after seeing my in-laws in Ohio and Indiana, our truck suffered a blowout from running over a nail. With temperatures soaring to 103 degrees Fahrenheit and feeling more like 120 due to humidity, we were forced to stop for repairs. The truck got towed here. Contrary to other customers' experiences of slowness, the service was prompt and friendly. The staff worked diligently to install a new tire, which they got from Tennessee since it wasn't available in-shop. Although the repair resulted in an unexpected overnight stay and some delay, the shop's kindness and efficiency made up for it. They welcomed our dog inside and even offered a ride to our hotel. Given the situation, the service was courteous, efficient, and fairly priced for the truck tire. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, fair price and customer service. They do charge extra if you use a credit card.

Took a 2013 Mini cooper here for an engine issue, they sat on it for 2.5 months before diagnosing the vehicle that it needed a 50k mileage engine from a donor mini, engine and labor cost $9,700, the car was worth $5,000. The audacity to call a customer and say, hey good news, we can fix your car for almost double what you paid for the whole vehicle. Waste of time. Paid $200+ to get my car out of there, plus the tow there, and tow back home. 0/10 would not recommend.

I took my daughter's used, higher mileage Audi to Donnie to fix a control arm issue. The dealership would have charged me $2500 for the repair. Donnie got it done for less than $500 in about 2 days. Excellent shop.
