Visited there last night. Was in and out quickly. When you enter the bakery department is nearby. The baked goods looked really nice and the produce looks very fresh. The staff at customer service were very friendly and the associate in self checkout was friendly too. It is very conveinty located for those who live off of West Side Ave.

Good day, we can't always voice on the negative... and we have to give credit where credit is due.<br>Acme is my favorite Supermarket. Today I visited the deli area and I have to say, Jeanette and Lena are always smiling, super pleasant, and incredibly friendly. I haven't seen them there in a while... so glad they are back....Their positive attitude really makes a difference and keeps me coming back. Thank you ladies, keep up the great customer service :) Blessings to all.

Before the storm today, I placed an order for delivery at 11 AM, For a 1-3PM delivery, My order was never delivered, They made me wait till 11 PM then they emailed me and said I need to reschedule my delivery for tomorrow morning between 7 to 9 AM, Today it’s delayed again. What kind of business are you guys running? If people cannot even rely on you to do what you guys are supposed to do? I have been calling the store all day yesterday and no one answered! Your agent on the website chat are also not very helpful! Just close your Store If the residence of JERSEY CITY cannot even rely on you to do your job Specially, during a storm!
