This place is very careless with the vehicles once in their care. My truck was just fine and after it left the lot 35 days later when I had to purchase it from auction ..the transmission and drives haft dam near fell out piece by piece on the interstate which cracked the windshield of my other vehicle which was following behind me since they took my license plate off.. the tow truck driver that had to come get the 1500 paper weight (truck) said that at the impound they pick these up with fork lifts in a hurry which knocks the bell housing loose ..check your vehicle therefore leaving the lot an since I bought it from auction they aren't held responsible and let's not mention that the impd whom arrested me left my phone and personal property on me in the truck and of course it was gone too amongst other things

Completely 100% worthless. Pray you never have to deal with them. After an accident our truck was towed there. Parking lot, drive and walkway were completely covered in ice - they are going to kill someone. Cars pulling in were sliding everywhere, people slipping trying to walk to the office. Made it inside with a lot of difficulty. The older lady told us the truck had been towed to another lot. Went outside and called insurance agent, who verified the truck had not been moved. Went back inside and talked to someone else - the truck was indeed still there. The counter ladies are rude and clueless. An IMPD detective was in there trying to serve a search warrant, they were even rude to him. How does this place stay in business?

I had a pleasant experience when picking up my vehicle last night from there. Both ladies were pleasant and helped us with the process. No line and were in and out in 20 minutes.
