Chris has excellent customer service. I called him on a Sunday morning because my classic Oldsmobile had bit the dust. He said he could come by around lunchtime and take it away for salvage. Since my Olds had a good title, Chris and I agreed on a good price. His boss was happy, and I got cash in hand before he towed it away. It's sad I wasn't able to resurrect my Oldsmobile, but you can't save them all. I know Chris and his crew will be able to recycle parts of my car and scrap the rest.
