We had waste in time and our route got transferred over to weidels a year or two ago. Ever since we have had nothing but issues. They always miss either our recycling or our trash. Constantly have to call. They never put the lid back on the recycling can and it's now been run over multiple times from their carelessness. I had to pick up 10 plastic containers off the street this morning because they are so careless with their pickup. They always are looking for new fees to charge or raise the rates. Would not recommend their services to anyone. I wish I could go back to waste in time.

Prices go up, up, up constantly. We get the cheapest option, pickup only once ever two weeks. Trash and recycling. They miss our pickup usually once every two months. This results in a phone call, usually someone will comes to get it within the next 24 hours. No biggie. This time was a new low. They got the recycling, but missed the trash. We called and were told they'd get it the next day. Here it sits. If the prices of service didn't continuously climb, I wouldn't complain. But with another increase and a decrease in quality of service, it can't be justified. Looking into another hauler.

We were transferred to Weidle Sanitation after they bought out Whitman and Sons. I guess we were spoiled because Whitman and Sons showed up weekly to do what we were paying them to do…collect our trash. Now it has only been several weeks with Weidle and I have had to call four separate times to come and pick up our trash. Here we are again on a Tuesday after trash should have been collected and it’s sitting on the curb. We are literally paying them to do one thing (pick up our trash once a week) and they can’t seem to hold up their end of the deal. Seems like it shouldn’t be too much to ask. How much worse can service get than completely non-existent?
