I had an excellent experience at Firestone Tires. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was not only friendly and professional, but their knowledge really stood out compared to my experience at Mavis. I stopped into Mavis about a warranty issue. He basicly had no clue what to so, or how to. I left and drove to Firestone. I explained my situation and they took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It’s refreshing to deal with people who truly know their craft and genuinely care about their customers. They did a wonderful job, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! Experience Matters, and this team kicked ass. Tesla is running smooth!

The staff were so nice and helped me out. Patrick helped me check in - was great to talk to. Even was there when I came to pick up my vehicle. It wasn’t just him that was great but the other staff members were as well. They chimed in recommendations, and advice. I had selected certain things I thought my car needed and they were awesome in breaking things down for me. Telling me why it didn’t need this or why it did need that. Helped me not pay for things my car didn’t need. I learned a lot with my vehicle and even after finding what was wrong with it, they contacted me and answered all my questions. No hesitation. Steve called me after few hours after my car was dropped off - explained everything - cost, etc. which was very helpful in knowing how much everything was going to cost. He was super friendly and knowledgeable over the phone. After picking up my car, I noticed the two tires I requested weren’t in my trunk - one of the staff members, Ken, was quick to grab them and bring them out to my car. Even apologized even tho I didn’t feel an apology was needed. He was quick to help, no hesitation. They said multiple times they were going to help me out or look into this or that. Not many places actually show they care but also show they are not only good at what they do, but they love what they do, especially taking care of their customers. My experience all around was great and I would go back anytime or recommend anyone to go to this location. Positive energy! Great Staff! Great customer service! Great communication!

Had a great experience with the Lebanon Firestone team! We had a nail in our tire and needed to make sure it wasn’t going to give us any trouble on our 2-hr drive back home. Marcus took a look and thankfully we didn’t have a puncture and could get back on the road without issue. Thank you to the team for your quick and thorough service!
