My car broke down an hour away from home and I was by myself. Bubbas was quick to respond and drove me and my car back home. Johnathan was very polite and easy to talk to. Made a not so great situation feel not so bad. Will definitely use again if needed, and recommend to all in the area.

Absolutely THE one! Don't go anywhere else! The entire process was smooth, safe, professional and speedy! There I was driving home 11pm, middle of the country, 21 degrees outside and boom truck dies in the middle of the road. Less than an hour later my truck is getting towed off by Bubba's Towing to the exact location for repair. I would highly recommend!

Where do I start?!!! Most people aren’t nice to the tow company staff. Who wants their car towed?!! No one! But what I can say is Amy and Bubba are wonderful human beings. They helped my son all day yesterday and was even able to suggest a great mechanic. Amy called me and texted me with updates, suggestions, and pictures. She was very kind and patient. Bubba was very honest, helpful and knowledgeable about cars. They have reassured my faith that there are still great human beings in this world.
