Classic Collision has definitely exceeded my expectations! They did an amazing job repairing my truck, and the staff was wonderful. Ryan (Estimator) did a phenomenal job, and helped me a great deal throughout the process. I really appreciate how attentive and compassionate he was during this stressful time for me. Martin (Marty) Burke (General Manager) was absolutely amazing! He did not hesitate to address any concerns or questions, and he went above and beyond to assure that the quality of service I received was far above standard. I am truly impressed, and I highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone in need of auto repairs. The staff is friendly, and the quality of work is excellent. Classic Collision is by far the best auto repair shop! These are my before and after photos! My truck looks like it's new againThank you Classic Collision!

I had my car repaired last year and it was an excellent experience from the adjuster to timeframes. Recently, hit a tire on the interstate and it damaged my front bumper and knocked my sensor loose so naturally went back to classic collision last month - I was met with someone named Ryan - he walked out to my car came back in and told me insurance claim would be the only way due to the sensor needing recalibrated and it’d be $3k plus off top - me, cool so I left went to insurance company turns out the sensor was fine just needed to be reconnected and have the protective cover reinstalled which was done myself due to deductible it was cheaper to have it done myself. Sensor was reconnected and protective box was replaced. I went back to classic collision yesterday where I was met with Ryan again…VERY ARROGANT. Rude and over talking when I wanted a self pay quote to fix my bumper he got defensive and insisted that the sensor had to be recalibrated - kept telling me he has more Honda certifications than Honda themselves. Argumentative and very ego driven but safe to say I was beyond frustrated and shouldn’t have to explain money wasn’t an issue I simply wanted a quote so I could have them repair my car. Frustrated, I explained to not worry about it I’ll go to someone else and he rudely blurted, “What are you talking about?!” - it took place in the front lobby - if there is security cameras I highly suggest reviewing the interaction. I walked out disgusted to say the least. I went 10 minutes down the road to Knights - was greeted with professionalism, a quote and scheduled repair drop off date within 20 minutes as a self pay customer. I will NEVER return to classic collision nor refer any partners there after the distasteful and unprofessional customer service I received. I highly recommend knights auto body!

I took my SUV in to have the bumper repaired and the there was a driver door had a drft as if the window was down when driving. Also the driver door latch need to be replaced. Needless to say I am still waiting on the latch for the driver door and the bumper keeps popping open as if it wants to fall off. Also the draft is still there. It sounds like the window is open when it is really closed. I have taken my vehicle back there several times and each time I was told the technician assigned to my vehicle was not there. I have also called several time and have got the same response. NO TECHNICIAN. I would not recommend this place for repair to anyone. Poor workmanship.
