Everyone’s experience can be different, but I checked the reviews here, trusted them, and decided to bring my car in. I already knew what the issue was and just wanted to see how much they’d charge to fix it. My steering wheel was vibrating. I had already put on brand-new tires, got an alignment, balanced the wheels, and installed new front rotors just the week before at Mavis (which is still under a 90-day warranty). So, I suspected it was the CV axles. ​When I got here, they told me the alignment was off by one degree. Checking it was $60, and they quoted me $130 total to fix it. I told them to go ahead. Long story short, they did the work, but the vibration is still there. I basically threw $130 down the drain. To make matters worse, they then gave me an estimate to replace the CV axles and the inner tie rods. If a mechanic already diagnoses that the root cause is the CV axles and that a simple alignment won't fix it, why charge the customer for unnecessary work in the first place? A good, professional mechanic doesn't just guess and make the customer pay for unnecessary fixes. They troubleshoot the actual problem, give you a straight answer on the price, and then come to an agreement

There was quite a bit of work to be done to the car. I had a rattling noise on the rear passenger side. I think it was the shocks and axle. I have no more rattling drives like new. They change the oil they’re gonna fix my passenger side mirror and fix something else for my rear part of the car. The service is fantastic, and all this work, they did in one day and brought my car to me when they were done. Great service great family just great!!!

I went to Sark’s because another place had messed up my oil change and all my oil had leaked out of my car. They were very helpful. They gave me the name of a place to call to get it towed to them. Luckily they were able to look at it the same day. They talked to me every step of the process and let me know what to expect. The prices were reasonable (especially for the towing). The staff was very nice and calming. I would recommend them to anyone and will most likely be going there from now on.
