This business is a scam. They tow your car to a different address than is on their business card. They wait 3 days to return your phone call, and are rude to the customer. They will not call my insurance back after calling twice everyday since the accident. They want to suck every penny they can with their corrupt practices. Never use hook n roll towing.... ever!!! They are infuriating
